Sandra Bullock Adopts a Second Child

Sandra Bullock has adopted a second child - a three-and-a-half-year-old girl named Laila from Louisiana, Peoplereports.

Bullock is also a mom to son Louis, 5, whom she adopted in 2010 and whom she credits with encouraging her to adopt a second child. "Louis spearheaded this whole journey," Bullock tells People. "When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here. ... I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren't going anywhere."

Laila (pronounced Lila) had been in foster care prior to Bullock adopting her. Check out photos of the family here.
