Producers also said Tabrett Bethell will be a series regular during Season 2, reprising her role of Cara, a Mord'Sith who will create tension between Richard (Craig Horner) and Kahlan (Bridget Regan).

Meanwhile, Charisma Carpenter (Angel, Greek) will guest-star in the season premiere as Triana, a wicked Mord'Sith. Sources tell TVGuide.com that Carpenter plays a "delicious part" that will involve "intense female army fighting."

Carpenter just recently wrapped the big-screen action flick The Expendables, where she played opposite Jason Statham.
