Despite a critical drubbing, Hayden Christensen's Jumper topped the weekend box office with a $27.2 million haul (and has collected $33.9 mil since its Thursday opening). Coming in second place was Step Up 2 the Streets ($19.7 mil; $26.3 mil since Thursday).Rounding out the top five were Sarah Connor's Spiderwick Chronicles of Narnia ($19.1 mil), last week's champ, Fool's Gold ($13.1 mil), and Definitely, Maybe ($9.7 mil).Overall, the top 12 movies were down 16 percent from the same weekend in 2007 (when Ghost Rider enjoyed the best President's Day weekend opening ever, $45.4 mil).
