Here's the pop culture crossover you never knew you needed.

For Stella Artois' Super Bowl LIII ad, the beer brand has brought together two iconic -- but very different -- characters: Carrie Bradshaw ( Sarah Jessica Parker) fromSex and the City and The Dude (Jeff Bridges) from The Big Lebowski. And, hey man, you know what? This actually makes a lot of sense.

After all, Carrie Bradshaw and The Dude are both known for their iconic fashion and drink choices -- a Cosmopolitan in her case and a White Russian in his -- and Carrie does tend to keep company with fellas known only by their nicknames (heyyy, Big). The Dude may seem a bit out of his element here, but that's the idea, isn't it?

Carrie Bradshaw has previously been featured in another ad for Stella Artois, touting their philanthropic endeavors, and while that commercial might have been a more obvious callback to Sex and the City -- since, you know, it's a pretty spot-on re-creation of the show's intro theme and all -- this new one is refreshing and fun. In the ad, both of the beloved characters shake things up by trading their usual orders for a Stella Artois, then bond over their choice of drink.

Who doesn't love The Dude? Carrie so would.
